Exer-Sexy is a way to train and condition the body to feel Sexy in one’s own skin at any age. It is a way to build self-confidence, self-awareness, and a positive attitude that will project a strong personal base of self-confidence. If one’s body is healthy and nutritionally balanced on the inside, then one will feel Sexy on the outside in their skin. Being confident within ones skin sends a message of overall beauty.
Exer-Sexy workouts contain movements that will sculpt, shape, and tone muscles to create Your Sexy Body. The workouts vary in format, style, fitness level, and training goals. Exercise with Sexy Workouts
1. Interval Workout:
60 sexy seconds
60 sec intervals of sexy moves that tone, target, and challenge the body from the inside out!
2. Partner Challenge
Team/ partner training moves that may look sexy, but get the job done. These sexy moves work off of another body to resist and assist with each others body weight. This is a workout that can be done with a friend, a spouse, or a partner to add the manual resistance challenge. This is an advanced method of training and is recommended to be performed with advanced and experienced levels of fitness.
*The Partner Challenge is sexy, fun, but super challenging way to tone up and connect to your inner self. The moves will work best with a partner who has similar to equal strengths.
WARNING: This workout is Hot and may get Heavy due to lifting each others body weight!! Make sure you are able to handle it!
3. Total Body Functional Training
Total body workout utilizing strength, core control, balance and stability in a multidirectional manor.
4. Back Side (15 minute workouts)
* These Back Side Workouts are developed to create strength in the side of the body that people see more than you, especially when you walk away! You know, the back side of your body that you can only see with a mirror or in a picture!
a. Sexy Back Attack- Moves that target the entire backside of the body
b. Junk in the trunk- Sassy & Sexy Moves that target the junk in your trunk
c. Take out the trash- Get rid of the unwanted trouble spots of the body
5. Flexibility Training
Flexi n Sexi
Focus on flexibility training to develop a long lean muscular machine! Long, lean, lengthy muscles are sexy- so take the time to elongate each muscle group after training the body. You will not only look and feel amazing, but you will have the energy and motivation for the next sexy workout.
